Professional Interests:
Many Managed Care Organizations (HMO's) have virtually removed the rights of our clients to confidentiality, privacy & choice which compromises their rights to effective psychotherapy. Dr. Zadikow has been very active since 1993 attempting to help right these wrongs and to help build organizations offering ethical and competent mental health care for our clients.
Dr. Zadikow has also been active in helping to build peer groups, attending seminars & professional meetings, and adding to organizations that help to build psychological competency.
Dr. Zadikow has a great deal of experience dealing with anxiety, depression, neuroses, anger control, stress management, personality disorders, women's & men's issues, various addictions, and with people's problems in daily living.
He attempts to assist people in removing their own hurdles towards achieving their true potential, living fuller and more satisfying lives, and helping to reduce people's obstacles towards experiencing greater personal intimacy.
Dr. Zadikow sees clients individually, as couples, families, as well as in groups. His clients range in age from 13 through the geriatric. He conducts Psychotherapy, Psychoanalytic & Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, & Psychoanalysis.

Dr. Zadikow currently serves on the Faculty of the Institute for Psychoanalysis & Psychotherapy of NJ (IPPNJ) as a training analyst and supervisor, as a member of the Training Committee, and as the Chair of their Curriculum Committee.
Dr. Zadikow currently supervises Psychologists, Social Workers, and Psychiatrists interested in learning more about psychodynamic and psychoanalytic psychotherapies.
He is a Field Supervisor for the Graduate School of Applied & Professional Psychology (GSAPP), Rutgers U.
Dr. Zadikow was responsible for developing a course on supervision for the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology, Rutgers U.
Dr. Zadikow has been a Past Director of Training in Psychology for Marlboro Psychiatric Hospital where he coordinated & conducted training for Psychologists and Psychiatrists in Marlboro, NJ.
He has also served as a Senior Supervisor in Psychology for Elizabeth General Medical Center in Elizabeth, NJ.
He has also been a Past Director of Psychology and Chief Supervisor at Middlesex County Mental Health Emergency Center in Edison, NJ.
